1. General Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase and sale of products between MINNI Jewels and its Customers (hereinafter “Customer”).
1.2. By registering as a MINNI Jewels user and/or purchasing products, the Customer agrees to these terms and to the rights and obligations under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. MINNI Jewels reserves the right to make changes to these terms and to product prices. Such changes will be reflected on the MINNI Jewels website.
2. Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The Customer purchases and MINNI Jewels sells the products offered in the online store.
2.2. The purchase-sale agreement between the Customer and MINNI Jewels comes into effect from:
- The moment the payable amount is received in the bank account of BEACHBUNNY OÜ when payment is made via bank link (Montonio), or other payment options.
- The moment the order is placed, if a payment term has been agreed upon and payment is made by invoice.
2.3. By placing an order or making payment in the MINNI Jewels online store, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices in the MINNI Jewels online store are in euros and include VAT. VAT number: EE102443345.
3.2. MINNI Jewels reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submitted their order before a price change took effect, the price shown in the shopping cart at the time of order placement applies.
3.3. The final price of products in the MINNI Jewels store includes packaging, bags, and additional details.
4. Ordering And Payment
4.1. To shop in the MINNI Jewels online store, the Customer must select the desired products, log in or register as a user, and provide the necessary information for delivery.
4.2. After providing correct information, the Customer can choose a delivery method and payment method.
4.3. Customers can pay via bank links or credit card using Swedbank, SEB, or Nordea, provided by the Montonio platform. Payment of 100% of the order amount is required to confirm the order.
4.4. After payment, the Customer will receive informational emails.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1. After the purchase-sale agreement is confirmed, MINNI Jewels sends an order confirmation and tracking code to the Customer if the package is being shipped.
5.1.1. Delivery times are visible with each product. Products in stock usually reach Estonian Customer within 3 business days after confirmation, and other countries 7-21 business days.
5.2. Products are delivered to the address provided in the order, via parcel locker or courier.
5.3. MINNI Jewels is not responsible for delivery delays once the product has been handed over to logistics partners, if the delay is due to circumstances beyond its control.
5.4. MINNI Jewels is not responsible for delays or misunderstandings caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer during order placement.
5.5. The Customer has the right to request replacement or price adjustment for products damaged during transit. Packaging damage alone is not considered product damage.
5.6. The paid amount will be refunded if replacement is impossible.
5.7. MINNI Jewels uses DPD EESTI AS (€2.50) parcel lockers and OMNIVA parcel lockers (€9.99€) for international customers.
5.8. During special product releases or social media campaigns, delivery may take up to 14 business days; otherwise, standard delivery times apply from 1 business day (pre-order items from 7 business days). Customers are notified via email and public social media posts.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act §56(1), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.1.1. Returned goods must reach MINNI Jewels within 14 days.
6.1.2. Orders in processing cannot be canceled; the withdrawal period begins after receipt of the goods.
6.2. According to Law of Obligations Act §53(4), §56 does not apply to goods made to the Customer’s specifications or goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened.
6.3. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and securely packaged in original packaging to avoid damage to branded boxes.
6.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer (max €10), except when the return is due to non-compliance or defective goods.
6.5. To return goods, the Customer must submit a return request via email info@minnijewels.ee
6.6. Refunds will be processed immediately but no later than 14 days after the package reaches MINNI Jewels.
6.7. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
6.8. MINNI Jewels reserves the right to deduct compensation for damaged branded packaging.
7. Complaints
7.1. According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer may submit complaints within two years of discovering a defect. Within the first six months, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of purchase.
7.2. If a product defect occurs, the Customer must notify MINNI Jewels via info@minnijewels.ee
