1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase and sale of products between MINNI Jewels and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
1.2. By registering as a user of MINNI Jewels and/or purchasing products, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and to the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. MINNI Jewels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and product prices. Any such changes will be published on the MINNI Jewels website.
2. Conclusion of the Sales Contract
2.1. The Customer purchases products offered in the online store, and MINNI Jewels sells them.
2.2. The sales contract between the Customer and MINNI Jewels shall enter into force upon:
- At the moment when the payment due is received in KADRIART OÜ’s bank account, if the payment is made via a bank link (Maksekeskus) or through other payment methods.
- At the time the order is placed, if a payment deadline has been agreed upon and the payment is made based on an invoice.
2.3. By placing an order or making a payment in the MINNI Jewels online store, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices in the MINNI Jewels online store are stated in euros and do not include VAT.
3.2. MINNI Jewels reserves the right to adjust its prices. If the Customer placed an order before the price change took effect, the price displayed in the shopping cart at the time the order was placed shall apply.
3.3. The final price of products offered by MINNI Jewels includes packaging, bags, and additional details.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. To make purchases in the MINNI Jewels online store, the Customer must select the desired products, log in or register as a user, and provide the information required for delivery.
4.2. After providing the correct information, the Customer can select the delivery method and payment method.
4.3. Customers can pay via bank links or credit card through the Maksekeskus payment platform. Eestis Payment can be made via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, and Citadele. To confirm the order, 100% of the total order amount must be paid.
4.4. After payment, the Customer will receive notification emails.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1. Order Confirmation and Tracking After the sales contract has been confirmed, MINNI Jewels will send the Customer an order confirmation and, once the package has been shipped, a tracking code.
5.1.1. Delivery times are displayed with each product. In-stock products usually reach customers in Estonia within 3 business days after confirmation, and customers in other countries within 7–21 business days.
5.2. Products are delivered to the address provided in the order via a parcel locker or courier service.
5.3. MINNI Jewels is not responsible for delivery delays after the product has been handed over to the logistics partner if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond MINNI Jewels’ control.
5.4. MINNI Jewels is not responsible for delays or misunderstandings caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
5.5. The Customer has the right to request a replacement of products damaged during transportation or an adjustment of the purchase price. Damage to the packaging alone is not considered product damage.
5.6. If replacement is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.
5.7. MINNI Jewels uses DPD Eesti AS (€2.50) and Omniva parcel lockers for international customers.
5.8. During special product launches or social media campaigns, delivery may take up to 14 business days. Otherwise, the standard delivery times apply, starting from 1 business day (pre-order items from 7 business days). Customers will be informed by email and through public social media posts.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Pursuant to § 56(1) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
6.1.1. The returned goods must reach MINNI Jewels within 14 days.
6.1.2. Orders that are already being processed cannot be cancelled; the withdrawal period begins after the goods have been received.
6.2. Pursuant to § 53(4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, § 56 does not apply to goods that are made according to the Customer’s specifications or to goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened.
6.3. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage to branded boxes.
6.4. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (up to a maximum of €10), except when the return is due to non-conformity or a defect in the goods.
6.5. To return goods, the Customer must submit a return request by email. info@minnijewels.ee.
6.6. Refunds will be processed promptly, but no later than 14 days after the package has been received by MINNI Jewels.
6.7. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.8. MINNI Jewels reserves the right to deduct compensation for damaged branded packaging.
7. Complaints
7.1. Under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the Customer may submit a complaint within two years from the date the defect was discovered. During the first six months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of purchase.
