SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship to all European countries. Also to Australia but the shipping cost is a little bit higher. At the moment, due to tariffs, we are not shipping to USA.

How long does shipping take?

Orders in Estonia, Finland and Baltics usually arrive in 1–4 business days. International orders can take 7–21 business days, depending on local delivery services.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on your location and the size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure your MINNI piece reaches you safely.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our MINNI collection, select the piece(s) you love and click “Add to Cart.” When ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Can I customize a piece?

Yes! Many of our pieces can be customized. Please contact us via email or our contact form to discuss your unique design request.

Are the pieces one-of-a-kind?

Absolutely. Every MINNI piece is handmade and unique. No two are exactly alike, just like the moments and connections they celebrate.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, every piece comes with a white box that has our logo in golden written on it. The box comes with every order so no need for extra fees.

Can I resize a bracelet myself?

Our bracelets are made from elastic materials that stretch to fit your wrist comfortably. They cannot be made larger manually, but they are designed to fit according to the size listed in the product information. Average wrist size is 14–15 cm, but we also make smaller or larger sizes. For a custom size, please email us.

What materials are used?

MINNI pieces are made from a variety of high-quality materials. Larger crystals and stones are listed in each product description, while smaller details may vary. Each piece carries its own unique combination of materials, adding to its charm and individuality.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and for Estonian customers, we also use Montonio bank links.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently, we do not offer installment payments. Payment must be completed at checkout.
